Privacy Policy

This policy covers every app hosted under virajtrivedi.com and its subdomains:

These are personal projects with access restricted to a small list of email addresses approved by the operator — they are not open to the public.
What we collect
- Google account info — email address, name, and profile picture, provided by Google Sign-In when you log in. Used only to identify you and check you're on the approved-access list for the specific app you're using.
- App-specific data — content you provide to a given app in order to use it: Job Hunter stores the CV/resume you upload and your job-search preferences; FlixQuest stores your watchlist and viewing history; Our Sanctuary stores the personal content you and your partner create there; Rydar stores your ride/carpool and vehicle details; HoneyToDo stores your tasks and (if you connect it) syncs them with Google Tasks. Each app only collects what it needs to function.
How we use it
Solely to run the features of the app you're using — for example, matching job listings against your CV, generating tailored application documents, coordinating a ride, or tracking a shared task list.
Who we share it with
We don't sell data or use it for advertising. It's shared only with the services that power a given app's features, each bound by their own privacy policy:
- Google — for sign-in on every app above. HoneyToDo additionally uses the Google Tasks API, with your permission, to keep your task list in sync with Google Tasks.
- Anthropic (Claude) — used by Job Hunter to read CVs and job listings and generate matches/tailored documents.
- Google (Gemini) — used by Job Hunter (matching/scoring), HoneyToDo (task suggestions), and Our Sanctuary (content generation).
- Resend — used by Job Hunter, Rydar, HoneyToDo, and Our Sanctuary to deliver email notifications/digests.
- Telegram — used by Our Sanctuary to deliver notifications, if you've connected a Telegram account for that purpose.
Where it's stored
These apps are self-hosted by the operator on their own infrastructure — not a shared commercial cloud product. Data is kept in a private database local to each app, isolated per user.
Data retention and deletion
Data is retained for as long as your account remains on an app's approved-access list. To request deletion of your data, contact the operator at the address below.
Security
Access to every app is gated by Google Sign-In plus an explicit allowlist of approved email addresses — signing in with Google alone is not sufficient to gain access. Session cookies are HttpOnly.
Children's privacy
These apps are not directed at children and are not knowingly used by anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
